We are not from the kW area and I wasn't informed that my son would need transportation to Kitchener for the in car lessons. They told me it was displayed on their website which it is not.
My son had a scheduled appointment for 11:30am (first in car) and the driving instructor called my cell phone 8 times starting at 7am on a Sunday morning. He wanted to change the time to 10am. I told him it was not possible he informed me I would have to pay $50 for a missed appointment if we couldn't do 10am.
I called and got a new instructor. This one was no better then the first. The instructor scheduled all appointments with my son. It was during the week I was away. We arranged transportation for him to and from Kitchener. Today (his 4th lesson with her) 20 min after sitting in the parking lot talking and his ride had left, she asks him for the balance of the fee owing. He told her I would call the school with credit card as soon as I received service where I was. She told my son he was wasting her time and gave him .50 for the pay phone. He tried to call his ride to come back but couldn't get an answer. My son returned to where his instructor was parked and she had left him there.

I was very disappointed in Assurance Driving School they did a horrible job teaching the class and it seemed like the man did not know what he was talking about.And it was very hard to understand him.Also the teacher told my mom that the air conditioning was fixed but he never turned it on and he kept telling the class it was broken and they were going to fix it. At one point the classroom was 35 degrees and everybody looked like they were going to pass out. I would not recommend this driving school at all. by Steph posted on Tuesday, June 07, 2016
